Liz's Pushcart-nominated story "The Adventures of a Maya Queen" has been reprinted in The Frozen Moment Anthology (Publication Studio), edited by Colin Farstad.
Liz is named an Associate Fellow on the faculty of the Attic Institute.
Liz's short story, "When Cody Told Me He Loves Me On a Weird Winter Day" has been published by Hunger Mountain.
Liz's creative nonfiction piece "Second Skin" was awarded the Editor's Prize by Minnetonka Review.

Liz's story, "Riding to the Shore," has made it to the final round of judging for the 2010 Iowa Review Award in Fiction. A winner will be chosen by judge Michael Cunningham in early June.
